Yes, Klenotnictví Dušák is an authorized dealer for all the brands we represent. Every timepiece and piece of jewelry comes with a certificate of authenticity and the manufacturer's international warranty.
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer secure, insured shipping for all orders. For domestic orders within the Czech Republic, we provide complimentary premium delivery. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Can I have my watch serviced at your boutique?
Absolutely. We operate a professional service center staffed by certified watchmakers who specialize in high-end Swiss brands. We offer everything from battery replacements to complete movement overhauls.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please note that personalized or custom-engraved items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer professional jewelry cleaning?
Yes, we provide professional ultrasonic cleaning and inspection services for jewelry purchased at our boutiques to ensure your gemstones and settings remain in perfect condition.
Can I adjust the size of a watch bracelet before delivery?
Yes, if you provide your wrist circumference in the order notes, our specialists will adjust the bracelet to fit you perfectly before shipping. The removed links will be included in the package.
